Reservations: a booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations: cancellations 48+ hours before your start date receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, we offer a credit toward a future rental. No-shows forfeit the reservation.

Equipment care: our equipment is clean and well-maintained. Please do not move setups beyond your designated access point, and do not leave equipment overnight. Damage to equipment beyond normal wear will be charged to the customer.

Weather: we set up in most weather conditions. In the event of a beach closure due to dangerous weather (lightning, hurricane warnings), we will adjust your rental days.
